From the standpoint of the occupant’s requirements we advise on what to expect in the area of Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Den Haag, Wassenaar or any other area you’re interested in. Our attention is focused on finding the combination of both the ideal location and your personal lifestyle.
Our way of working is simple and transparent. Based on your requirements we will scan the local housing market. During the viewing we will not only discuss the properties. Your preferences for the locality in terms of shops, public transport, restaurants or gyms will also be taken into consideration. For families the school is mainly determining the location. Once we find a suitable location, we will start negotiations on your behalf which will result in an agreement. Your passport and working agreement will be asked. This will be followed by a mutual signed contract. After having received the first rental payment, the deposit and our fee, we will accompany you at the check-in.
During the check-in we will compile an inspection report. If an inventory list is present we will verify this list as well. If you desire, we can arrange the transfer for utilities. Naturally, we will provide you with our services during the check-out.
When we act on your behalf and find an accommodation for you than our fee is one month of the concerning rent, excluding 21% VAT
